Thin Film Technology manufactures NIST traceable thickness standards used to calibrate surface profilometry equipment. Our standards are used by many of the largest equipment manufacturers in the world, and are certified using a NIST calibrated surface profilometer.

Off the shelf thickness standards are offered for a variety of thicknesses including:

Sets of (5) standards are offered and can be any combination.

We also offer a service to re-certify standards. Standards can be returned in as little as 10 days.
