At Williams Advanced Materials, Lean Six Sigma represents the heart of our continual improvement efforts. Utilizing the principles of Lean and Six Sigma, our company is striving to fill our goal of becoming “Our Customers' First Choice”.
We encourage our suppliers to utilize these same tools in their businesses as part of their continual improvement efforts. Williams Advanced Materials has a successful White Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt training program. This training is open to our suppliers. Please contact your local Purchasing agent or Quality representative within Williams to discuss availability to attend one or all of these courses.
The attached Lean Six Sigma Templates are available for our suppliers who may require some guidance on Lean and Six Sigma. These templates include a 5S checklist, FMEA form, Control Plan form, and a Continuous Improvement Action Item Tracking form.
Please review these documents and use in your Business Process as you deem applicable. These documents are essential as part of the WAM process for our Approved Suppliers.
